Localisation

Overview

All fixed string values should be translatable, this includes that names of; range, regions, fuel types, emission levels, emission standards, attribute groups, and attribute names.

All requests for a translatable value should accept a locale as a query parameter, this will be used to fill in any strings with the best possible translation. Each locale has a fallback for where there is no translation available - for example French (Moroccan) falls back to French, which in turn falls back to English.

The only data that is not translatable is the actual machine data, this is only available in english.
